摘要
针对某型运输机油门台操纵杆的评估试验,提出了一种基于Socket端口通信的油门台自动测试系统,以工控机作为系统服务器控制测试进程并存储和处理测试数据,实现了油门台测试的自动化和试验数据的系统管理。系统通过高精度光电编码器和接触式传感器实时监控油门杆运动状态并发送到上位机。受益于高精度和高采样率的数据采集手段,油门台疲劳测试中可以分析出更多潜在问题。最后的系统联调结果显示测试数据结果稳定,位置信号偏差小于1%,系统响应时间小于0.1 s。
It proposes a throttle automatic test system based on Socket communication port for one type of conveyor throt- tle lever evaluation test, to control the test process which is equipped with a industrial computer as the system server for storing and processing test data. It accomplished the automation of the accelerator table test and the management of test data. The system uses high precision photoelectric encoder and contact sensor to monitor the moving status of throttle le- ver in real time and send it to the upper computer. Due to high precision and high sampling rate, more potential problems can be analyzed in throttle bench fatigue test. The final system intermodulation results show that the test data results are stable, the position signal deviation is less than 1%0, and the system response time is less than O. 1 seconds.
