资源型产业绿色技术创新的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Green Technology Innovation in Resource-based Industries

绿色技术创新已成为我国资源型产业转型升级的重要途径。在梳理相关文献的基础上,提出了资源型产业绿色技术创新的影响因素理论模型,并选取资源型产业中12个行业2007—2016年的面板数据,对理论模型中的假设进行实证检验。结果显示:对资源型产业绿色技术创新而言,政策因素、市场因素和金融因素都存在正向作用,公众认知因素存在负向作用;政策因素的资金支持和环境管制、市场因素的市场需求和销售绩效存在显著的正向影响,金融因素有一定的正向影响。在分析的基础上,提出相关对策建议,对我国资源型产业绿色技术创新能力的提升有着重要的指导意义。

Green technology innovation became an important way for the transformation and upgrading of China＇s resource-based industries. On the basis of reviewing relevant literature,this paper proposed the theoretical models of the impact factors of green technology innovation in resource-based industries,and selected panel data of 12 industries in resource-based industries from 2007 to 2016 to empirically test the hypotheses in the theoretical model. The results showed that financial support and environmental regulation in policy factors as well as market demand and sales performance in market factors had a significant positive impact on green technology innovation in resource-based industries,and financial factors had a certain positive impact on them. However,public perception factors had a negative impact on the green technology innovation of resource-based industries. On the basis,this paper put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which had important guiding significance for promoting the improvement of China＇s resource-based industry＇s green technology innovation capability.
