新疆农业资源环境与区域经济协调性评价研究

Study on Coordination Evaluation of Xinjiang's Agricultural Resources Environment and Regional Economy

基于鲍尔丁系统学原理,构建区域协调理论中的协调度模型,对新疆14个地、州、市、县(市)的总体农业资源环境与区域经济的协调性进行评价。结果表明:(1)新疆农业资源环境与区域经济协调性整体上处于良好协调发展水平阶段,但经济发展水平相对滞后,各区多处在协调发展水平阶段,经济发展水平相对滞后。(2)不同区域的农业资源环境与区域经济协调发展程度、协调发展类型不同,表现出突出的协调发展程度差异和明显的地域差异。(3)协调发展类型多元,协调发展程度差异度达0. 426,呈跨度协调发展和过度发展。(4)不同区域体现在协调发展程度和协调发展类型间地域差异的原因不同。为了统筹协调发展、促进社会事业全面进步,新疆应提高区域经济发展水平,加强农业生态建设,坚持可持续发展战略,共同推进农业资源环境与区域经济协调发展。

Based on Baldin＇s systematic theory,the coordination degree model of regional coordination theory was constructed,which was evaluated for the coordination of 14 places,states,cities,counties（ cities） and the overall agricultural resources environment and regional economy in Xinjiang. The results showed that：（1）The coordination of agricultural resources,environment and regional economy in Xinjiang was at a good level of coordinated development,but the level of economic development was still lagging behind,and many regions were in the stage of coordinated development. However,the level of economic development was still relatively lagging behind.（2）The degree of coordinated development of agricultural resources and environment and regional economy in different regions was different,showing outstanding differences in the degree of coordinated development and obvious regional differences.（3）The types of coordinated development were multivariate,the degree of difference of coordinated development was 0. 426,the span of coordinated development and excessive development was different.（4）The reasons for the obvious regional differences between the degree of coordinated development and the types of coordinated development were different in different regions. For the overall and coordinated development of Xinjiang and the overall progress of social undertakings,Xinjiang should improve the level of regional economic development,strengthen agricultural ecological construction and adhere to the strategy of sustainable development to jointly promote the coordinated development of both.
