摘要
对多晶硅太阳电池进行了电性能测试,研究了光谱响应及温度系数对多晶硅太阳电池电性能测试结果的影响。结果表明:多晶硅太阳电池与常规电池光谱响应不一致,光谱失配修正后测得的短路电流会有明显提高,相应地峰值功率也有所提高;温度对多晶硅太阳电池开路电压的影响较大,对短路电流的影响较小;经过修正,电池的峰值功率与之前相比提高了1.236%。
The electrical properties of polycrystalline silicon solar cells were tested,and the effects of spectral response and temperature coefficient on the electrical properties test results of polycrystalline silicon solar cells were studied.The results show that the spectral response of the polycrystalline silicon solar cells was not consistent with that of the conventional cells.The corrected short-circuit current improved significantly after the spectral mismatch was corrected,and the peak power also improved accordingly.Temperature had a great influence on the open circuit voltage of polycrystalline silicon solar cells,and had little effect on short-circuit current.After correction,the peak power of the cells was increased by 1.236%compared with the previous one.
