摘要 某批次铝合金易拉罐在灌装啤酒后发生了大范围的腐蚀泄漏现象,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析和微观分析等方法对该铝合金易拉罐的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:该易拉罐的内涂膜质量欠佳,内涂膜上存在微裂纹、微小孔洞和微气泡等缺陷,使啤酒中的腐蚀性元素渗入铝合金易拉罐基体上,导致罐体发生电化学腐蚀,直至穿透泄漏。 A wide range of corrosion and leakage happened to a batch of aluminum alloy cans after canning beers.The leakage causes of the aluminum alloy cans were analyzed by means of macro observation,chemical composition analysis,micro analysis and so on.The results show that the quality of the inner coating film of the cans was not good,and there were some defects such as micro-cracks,micro-holes and micro-bubbles on the inner coating film.The corrosive elements in beer penetrated into the matrix of the aluminum alloy cans,which caused electrochemical corrosion,and resulted in corrosion penetrate of the aluminum alloy cans.
