某AT钢轨端部压溃和掉块原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 某矮型特种断面(AT)钢轨使用约2a(年)后其端部表面出现压溃和掉块失效。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验和硬度检测等方法,对AT钢轨端部压溃和掉块的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该AT钢轨的端部经过了两次感应热处理,使得热影响区重合区域的球状、点状、破断的珠光体数量较多,导致该区域的硬度、强度偏低,且硬度过渡不均匀,最终该AT钢轨端部出现压溃和掉块失效。 The surface of the end of a short-style special section(AT)rail crushed and peeled after service for about 2 years.The crushing and peeling reasons of the AT rail were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test and so on.The results show that the end of the AT rail experienced two times of induction heat treatments,the number of globular,punctuate and broken pearlite in the overlap area of the AT rail's heat affected zone was more,which led to low hardness and strength in the area,moreover,the hardness transition was uneven.Finally,the crushing and peeling failure of the end of the AT rail appeared.
