摘要
在飞行试验中考核航空发动机的性能特性时,发动机进口的大气总温和总压是必不可少的关键参数,需要在进气道出口加装总温总压测头。为了确保测头的结构强度能够满足要求,同时不造成大的总压损失和进气畸变,需要对测头装机的强度及气动性能进行分析,主要包括测头的强度校核和模态分析以及测头对发动机进气道性能及稳定性的影响评估两个方面。通过以上分析确保了测头装机的安全性和功能性能指标,推进了航空发动机试飞工作的顺利开展,同时也为后续航空发动机型号中测头的设计和使用等提供依据。
When assessing the performance characteristics of an aero-engine in flight test, the total air temperature and total pressure at the engine inlet are essential parameter, therefore, it is necessary to install probe to measure the total air temperature and total pressure at the inlet exit. In order to ensure that the structural strength of the probe can meet the requirements without causing large total pressure loss and inlet air distortion, it is necessary to analyze the strength and aerodynamics of the probe, mainly including strength check and modal analysis of the probe and evaluation of the influence of probe on engine inlet performance and stability. Through the above analysis, it ensures the safety and functional performance index of the probe installed, promotes the aero-engine test flight smoothly. At the same time, it also provides the basis for the design and use of the probe in the subsequent aero-engine type number.
