分析了近两年来吉林省中小企业经济运行特点、经济增长的主要原因及存在的问题。认为吉林省中小企业的进一步发展,必须优化中小企业发展的软环境,营造全民创业氛围,建立中小企业发展的要素平台,并以科学发展观为指导,引导中小企业规范健康发展。

The running characteristic of the economy of mid and small-scale enterprise in Jilin province for near two years,the main reason and the existing problem which the economy has grown have been analyzed.It is believed that the further development of mid-and small-scale enterprise in Jilin province must optimize a fine environment which mid-and small-scale enterprise develops,construct the atmosphere which all the people starts an undertaking,build the essential platform which mid-and small-scale enterprise develops,and taking the scientific view as the instruction,guide mid-and small-scale enterprise to develop standardly and healthily.
