提出一个将机械式内径千分尺改造成智能型数字式内径千分尺的方法,以及改造过程中应注意的问题,改造后的内径千分尺更具有方便、快捷、准确性的特点,不仅可在实验室中使用,而且已应用在实际生产过程中。

A method to reconstruct a mechanical inside micrometer into a digital intelligence inside micrometer has been given and the noticeable issue in the course of reconstruction has been discussed.The reconstructed micrometer has the characteristic of convenience,shortcut,accuracy,which not only has been used in lab but also has been used in the course of the actual works.
