如何建立起适应民营企业发展的风险投资机制,解决民营企业资金双向流动问题,是当前一个十分严峻的课题。本文从研究民营企业风险投资的必要性入手,分析了民营企业风险投资存在的主要问题,并提出了完善民营企业风险投资的对策。

How to establish risk investment systems to adapt to development of private enterpises and slove the funds of double flow,is a serious issue that we are confronting.This paper studies the necessity of risk investment in the private erterprise at first,analyzes main existing problems in private enterprises,and then it puts forward a series of proposals for perfecting risk investment of the private enterprises.
