The leading role of literature's games: on Robbe-Grillet's idea about reader

作为一名公认的后现代主义小说家,格里耶早在上世纪50年代初就对读者在当代阅读和创作活动中所处地位的新变化提出了自己的看法,并结合自己的创作实践提出具体的建议。该观念以其艺术见解的新颖独特、思维方式的自由开放,丰富了20世纪小说创作理论的宝库。但作为一种探索中的理论,自身也难免陷入这样或那样的缺陷和漏洞中。

As a postmodern writer,Grillet proposed his idea about reader which was about the reader's new position in contemporary reading and writing in 1950s.And he suggested how to realize it,according to his rich experience.So,the idea has enriched novel writing theory in the 20th century with its originally artistic views and free ways of thinking.But,it shouldn't be overlooked that the theory has its gaps and omissions.
