刑事被害人的赔偿是司法实务特别是法院执行工作的一大难题,本文的研究旨在通过法院的审判,在执行活动中最大限度地挖掘案件审结后的执行因素,力保刑事被害人的损失得到最大限度的赔偿,不足部分再由国家给予补偿。
