摘要
用光学金相、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段分析了热浸镀锌铝稀土合金的组织,测验了在多种环境下的耐蚀性。结果表明铝稀土加入使镀层中的铁锌二元化合物转变为铁铝锌三元化合物。该化合物在镀锌温度下形成细小、均匀镀层,镀层变薄、且耐蚀寿命成倍增加。
This paper analyses the microstructures of hot-dipping Zn-Al-RE alloy caotings by means of metallograph,SEM and XPS and tests its corrosion resistance with the result that,by adding Al-RE the Fe-Zn compouds in the coating turn into Fe-Al-Zn compounds which is fine and even when forming at the temperature of Zn-coating.The coating becomes thinner and its corrosion resistance doubles.
