摘要
根据房地产本身特点从营销意识、营销队伍、营销价位、内在质量和营销手段等方面论述了构建房地产营销最佳模式的必要条件,提出了全方位提升房地产营销水平的管理策略和运作方法。
In terms of its characteristic of real estate,from aspects of marketing troop,marketing consciousness,marketing value,intrinsic quality and marketing method,the essential condition for constructing the best pattern of real estate marketing has been elaborated,and the managemental strategy and the operational way for promoting real estate marketing level in the omni-directional way has also been proposed.
