摘要
对自动静态顶空-毛细管气相色谱法测定污水中甲醛进行了研究。对顶空条件和色谱条件进行了研究和优化,建立了污水中甲醛的自动静态顶空-毛细管气相色谱的检测方法。实验结果表明,本方法线性范围广,在00mg/L^10.0mg/L范围内相关性好(γ>0.9990);精密度和准确度高,样品测定的相对标准偏差RSD在1.0%~3.2%之间,样品的加标回收率在94.7%~104.0%之间;方法灵敏度高,检出限MDL为0.69μg/L。分析灵敏度高,方法简单、快速,结果令人满意。
The determination of formaldehyde in water by automatic static-headspace capillary gas chromatography is studied in this paper.The conditions of headspace has been tested and optimized,and the method for determination of formaldehyde in water by automatic static-headspace capillary gas chromatography is built.The result shows that the linearity is excellent in the range of 0 to 10.0mg/L,correlation coefficient is exceed 0.9990.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of samples is from 1.0% to 3.2%.Recovery rate of samples is from 94.7% to 104.0%.Minimum detectable limits(MDL) of formaldehyde is 0.69μg/L.The conclusion is that the method is a simple,sensitive,fast,accurate technique to determinate sulfite in sewage.
