银行信息化条件下银行业监管的策略选择

The strategy of banking supervising under the condition of banking informatization

现代信息技术在金融领域的广泛应用,在全面提升银行业核心竞争力的同时,也给银行监管带来了前所未有的挑战。本文针对信息化条件下的银行监管的法规环境、监管体制、监管信息系统、信息共享、安全监管等问题,提出了制定银行业信息化监管的总体规划、建立健全银行业信息化监管体系、加快银行业监管信息系统建设、正确处理监管信息共享与安全保密的关系、重视金融信息安全性监管等对策。

Modern information technology widely has been used in finance,which has promoted thoroughly banking core competitive power on the one hand,brought unprecedented challenge for banking supervising on the other hand.In view of bank,supervising laws and regulations environment,supervising system,supervising information system,information sharing and safety supervising under the information condition,this article proposes the countermeasures of making banking information supervising overall plan,establishing perfect banking information supervising system,speeding up banking supervising information system construction,correctly processing the relations between supervising information sharing and the safety,paying attention to financial information security supervising,etc.
