改革开放以来,东北地区与我国发达地区经济上的差距越来越大。东北地区只有走新型工业化道路,才能缩小区际间经济上的差距,从而实现我国区域经济的协调发展。东北地区只有通过体制机制的创新,合理利用资源与注重环境保护,实施人才战略,才能实现经济的可持续发展。

Since the reform and opening-up to the outside world,the disparity between the economy of the northeast area and that of developed area in our country has been more great.The northeast area only fallows the new industrialization path,can shrink in the economical disparity,thus realizes coordinated development of our country region economy.The northeast area only through the system mechanism innovation,reasonably using the resources,paying attention to environmental protection and implementing the talented person strategy,can realize the economic sustainable development.
