From human's developement angle of view,importance and necessity of instructing art knowlege and skill for the deafmute students by the higher special art education have been analyzed.At the same time,how to construct the new education pattern,optimize knowledge structure,raise their self-confident ability,adaptiveness,competitive ability and innovation ability has been elaborated,so as to compensate their flaw,obtain healthy harmonious development with their body and mind,return the main stream society and become a contributive person.
