Relationship between political situation and talents in Jingzhou during the period of Three Kingdoms

历史上的三国,是一个大动荡的时代。魏、蜀、吴三家为夺取全国的统治权,展开了一场又一场的生死大博斗。他们在争人才中争天下,在争天下中争人才。本文仅从三国时期荆州地区时局的流变,阐述“盛衰之理,虽日天命,岂非人事哉!”的道理。主要论点有:荆州地区人才与政局之关系;人才是决定荆州时局的基本因素;外来人才决定着荆州的时局;荆州地区人才聚集的特点。

Three Kingdoms period is an unstable period in history.Wei,Shu,Wu marches one and another life-and-death fights in order to get the authority for the whole China.From the transformation of political situation in Jingzhou region during the period of Three Kingdoms,this paper expounds that decline or prosperousness depends on both talents and situation.The main points includes that relationship between political situation and talents in Jingzhou region,talents is the basic factor to determine political situation in Jingzhou,foreign talents will influence situation in Jingzhou,the characteristics of talents congregating in Jingzhou region.
