摘要
语言与语境的关系密不可分。语境作为语言使用过程中的重要因素对大学英语教学起着重要的辅助作用。本文按照韩礼德的语境观,结合实例,从听说、阅读和写作等方面来探讨语境在大学英语教学中的应用,指出语境理论作为语言使用和功能的语言学范畴,对大学英语教学具有重要的借鉴价值和启发意义。
The relationship between context and language is closed related.Context,as an important element in the process of language application,plays a vital supplementary role in college English teaching.The paper, with the living examples,tries to dissect the application of Halliday's context theory in English teaching from the perspectives of listening,speaking,reading and writing and points out that context theory,as a functional linguistic category,has the significance of reference and enlightenment in college English teaching.
