Quality is the life line of advanced education.If we want to improve our education undertaking,we must give prominence to improving teaching and teaching quality.Because the quality of the teachers in universities and colleges will influence the quality of advanced education directly,it is vital to strengthen cultivation of the teachers' soul,virtue and ability.Thus,we must develop the quality of teachers in universities and colleges.
