高校教师素质的时代特征及自我提高的途径

Contemporary characteristics and pass to self-improvement of college teacher's quality

科技的发展和文化的变迁使得社会教育环境和教育手段在发生变化,高校教师作为高校教育教学活动的主体,其素质结构既秉承传统要求,又必然呈现新的时代特征。本文分析了国内国际教育形势对高校教师素质提出的新的要求,同时提出了高校教师素质自我提高的有效途径。

With the development of technology and changing of culture,education environment and method has been changed.As a main-body of high teaching activity,college teachers' quality should be according to traditional request,and represents new contemporary characteristics.This paper analyses new requests of education status in and abroad to college teacher's quality,and presents some effective pass to self-improvement of college teachers.
