摘要
知识经济时代,高层次创新性人才的培养具有举足轻重的作用。作为培养专业人才的高等学府应顺应时代的要求,培养更多具有开拓精神、创新能力的高层次人才。本文从树立创新意识、开展学分制的教学组织制度及新型的教学评价三个方面,从观念上、教学的体制以及评价的方式上进行探讨,以期形成有利于人才培养的氛围、环境和激励机制。对高校培养高层次创新人才的途径进行了论述。
In the time of knowledge-based economy,the raising of the high-level innovative talent has the pivotal function.As the higher education institute to train professional should comply with the request of the time,raise more high-level talents with the development spirit and the innovative ability.From three aspects of setting up the innovative ideology,developing the teaching organization system of credit system and the new teaching appraisal,as well as from the idea,the teaching system and the appraisal way,this article carries on the discussion to form the atmosphere,the environment and the driving mechanism which is advantageous to the raising of the talented person.The way for university raising the high-level innovative talent has been elaborated.
