东北老工业基地的振兴对东北地区经济的快速发展以及中国经济的快速增长意义重大。要实现东北老工业基地的振兴,使其成为中国经济增长的第四极的战略目标,金融发展的扶持作用不容忽视。本文分析了东北区域金融发展的现状,在此基础上提出了金融发展推动东北区域经济增长的对策。

The resurgence of the old northeast industrial base has important significance to the development of the northeast's and the whole countries' economy.The supporting function of the financial development can't be ignored in order to realize the strategic objective that resurge the old northeast industrial base and make it become the forth pole of Chinese economic growth.This article analyses the actuality of the northeast financial development and brings forward the countermeasures of relying on the financial development to impulse the northeast regional economic growth.
