区域金融发展理论探讨的是金融发展与经济增长关系在地域上的表现,实质上是将金融置于区域经济的环境中进行研究,以便更清楚地认识金融的作用。本文结合东北区域的实际情况,探讨了区域金融发展对东北区域经济增长的作用机制,即区域金融发展推动东北区域资本的供给、产业结构的调整和优化、国有企业的改革和民营企业的发展。

The theory of the region financial development discusses the performance between the financial development and the economical growth on the region,in essence it puts finance into the environment of the region economy,in order to know clearly the financial function.According to the actual situation in the Northeast region.This article discusses the function mechanism of the region financial development impelling the economic growth of Northeast region,namely the region finance development can impel the capital supply of the northeast region,the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure,the state-owned enterprise reform and private enterprise development.
