从解决国土资源管理中存在的问题入手,提出开发一个基于大型数据库,实现数据高度共享、高度安全,网络化的信息管理系统。通过信息技术的广泛应用,直接、全面、准确地掌握国土资源信息及其动态变化情况,形成上下联动的、科学规范的网络化国土资源管理新模式,从而全面提升国土资源管理与服务水平。

Starting with solving the problems in the management of soil resource,the paper suggests that a network system of information management be developed,which is based on a large-scale database to realize the high sharing and high safety of data.Through a wide use of information technology,we can learn the information of soil resource and its dynamic changes directly,completely and accurately,and thus a new scientific and standard network pattern of managing soil resource will be formed.As a result,the management of soil resource and service stardard will be enhanced comprehensively.
