Management is efficient only when it is scientific.With the development of colleges and deepening of reform,scientific management plays a more and more important role especially under the new circumstance.Based on the analysis from such aspects as the practical significance of scientific management,how to strengthen scientific management,and the effective method of scientific management—the object management,this paper expounds the ideas that scientific management is the key to the improvement of quality and efficiency of work in colleges and that it is also the demand of the era when colleges are seeking for survival and development.
