This paper analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the college library service,introduces the connotation of humanism spirit,expounds the practical significance of promoting the quality of reading service with humanism spirit in college libraries with social psychology theory,points out that the original thinking models can be dissolved by the idea of service.At the same time,it proposes the constructive ideas and the effective specific measures on promoting the quality of reading service in college libraries.
