摘要
新课程赋予了教师角色新的内涵,然而教师对新课程的认同感却并不高。新课程改革因教师的不适应与不符合面临着严峻的危机和挑战。课程设计作为课程基本理念转化为课程实践活动的桥梁,应树立服务教师的理念,把教师从课程中解放出来。
The new curriculum reform puts new connotation to teachers,but teachers don't accept all the new connotation.The new curriculum reform faces a great challenge because of the unadaptable condition of teachers.So being the bridge of curriculum fundamental idea changing into an activity,curriculum should set up the idea of serving teachers,emancipate the teacher from curriculum,make the teacher a part of curriculum.
