人文关怀视域下高校贫困生资助工作探究

Research on Subsidization for Poor Students in Universities from the Perspective of Humanistic Care

高校在开展思想政治教育工作中更多地给予学生人文关怀,才能更好地促进学生的全面发展。作为高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,做好贫困生资助工作,其目的不仅是助人,更是育人的过程。本文通过对高校贫困生资助工作的现状和面临的主要问题进行分析,阐述人文关怀在贫困生资助工作的必要性,提出开展贫困生资助工作施行人文关怀的对策,促进贫困生的全面发展。

In the process of carrying out ideological and political education work,colleges and universities must give students more humanistic care and promote their all-round development.As an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the basic purpose of the financing aid for poor students is to educate them rather than to help them.On the basis of the concrete analysis of the present situation and the main problems in the financing aid work in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the necessity of humanistic care in the financing work and presents the countermeasures to realize the humanistic care in the poor students’financing work,in order to promote poor students’all-round development.
