少数民族体育运动项目具有形式多样化、内容丰富的特点,非常适合在学校体育教学中开展与普及。本文分析了少数民族体育项目的特点及优势,结合少数民族体育项目的开发现状,探讨制约其在学校广泛开发应用的原因并提出了相应的改善对策,以期提高少数民族体育项目在体育教学中的开发与应用。

Minority sports items have the characteristics of diversified forms and rich contents,which is very suitable for the development and popularization in school physical education.This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of minority sports items,explores the reasons that restrict their extensive development and application in schools by combining the development status of minority sports items,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,hoping to improve the development and application of minority sports items in physical education.
