长春金融高等专科学校依托金融行业、聚焦金融职业教育,在多年的办学过程中,深化"产教融合、校企合作"。在确立为教育部现代学徒制试点院校后,学校与企业共同探索现代学徒制人才培养模式,遵循"P+M"的原则,以校企合作为基础,以工学结合为核心,以职业核心能力为导向,校企合作制订并实施现代学徒制人才培养方案,取得了一系列的成效。

Relying on financial industry and focusing on financial profession education,Changchun Financial College has deepened the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between university and enterprise in the process of running school for many years.Changchun Financial College,as a modern apprenticeship pilot college established by the Ministry of Education,explores the modern apprenticeship talents training mode by the integration with the enterprise,follows the principle of'P+M',takes the school-enterprise cooperation as the foundation,takes the combination of work and study as the core,takes the profession core ability as the orientation,formulates and implements the modern apprenticeship talents training program,having a series of results.
