摘要
教育部考试中心于2018年6月颁布了《中国英语能力等级量表》,该量表主要适用于指导语言测评,同时也为英语语言学习和教学提供参照。基于其中自我评价子量表4级的听障生大学英语能力评估结果显示,利用量表实施语言能力评估,能诊断出听障生英语教与学的情况。建议基于量表评估结果,加强听障生随班就读的英语课程建设,改进教学内容和策略,实施过程性测评方式。学生根据自评结果可加强自主学习和个性化学习。
China’s Standards of English( CSE),issued by The Ministry of Education Examination Center in June2018,is mainly used to guide language assessment,and also provides references for English language learning and teaching. Based on the results of the college English proficiency assessment of the hearing impaired students using Level 4 of the self-evaluation subscale,we see that CSE can be used in diagnosing the teaching and learning of English for the hearing impaired. It is recommended to strengthen English curriculum construction for the hearingimpaired students,to improve teaching content and strategies,and implement procedural assessment methods.Students can enhance self-learning and personalized learning as well.
