摘要
试验以猪肉、紫山药粉及大豆膳食纤维为主要原料制作营养早餐肠,对该早餐肠的加工工艺和配方进行介绍,制作出的紫山药膳食纤维早餐肠营养价值较高,各项质量指标较好。
Pork, purple yam powder and soybean dietary fiber were taken as the main raw materials, and the nutritional breakfast sausage was made. The processing technology and formula of the breakfast sausage were introduced. The breakfast sausage with purple yam and dietary fiber had a higher nutrient value. The various quality indicators were good.
