冷轧工作辊表面微观形貌磨损行为研究 被引量:5

Study on rolling-wear microtopograph of working roll surface during cold rolling

摘要 针对冷轧工作辊服役过程中表面μm量级磨损,在实际带钢轧制线上对应跟踪实测了工作辊上机前和下机后的表面微观形貌与特征,分析了整个服役周期内带钢粗糙度值随时间的变化规律.通过销盘实验模拟电火花毛化轧辊表面磨损行为,研究了磨损过程中表面三维形貌的演变和磨损量的变化,验证了关于轧辊表面磨损机制的假设,建立三种磨损机制的描述模型.基于元胞自动机方法,建立了冷轧工作辊表面微观形貌磨损演变行为的仿真模型,仿真结果再现了工业生产中工作辊表面磨损前期尖峰折断及中后期的微观切削过程,粗糙度变化规律与实测结果取得定性一致. To study the surface wear process of working roll during cold rolling process,the surface micro characteristics of the working roll before and after the actual production were measured and compared,and the variation law of steel strip roughness in the whole service period was observed.Three description models of wear mechanisms were proposed,that is,the micro-cutting existing in the whole service period,the spike break existing in the early stage of period and the fatigue failure accumulating in the later stage of service.The hypothesis of the wear mechanism of roller surface was verified by pin plate experiment.Based on the cellular automata method,a model simulate the surface wear principles of working roll surface morphology was established.Results show that the simulation results reproduce the process of spike breaking in the early stage of period and micro-cutting in the middle and late stage,and the roughness variation law shows great accordance with the measured results.
