摘要
为准确分析热镀锌线沉没辊在液体中振动的附加质量,针对4根不同材质和壁厚的沉没辊(外形结构尺寸相同)分别进行空气与水介质中的自由模态试验;与空气中的试验结果相比,沉没辊模型浸没水中的各阶模态频率会降低,但不同振型的固有频率的降幅差异明显.采用有限元仿真方法,分别计算了沉没辊在空气与水介质中的模态和对应的附加质量,仿真结果与试验基本一致.结合试验与仿真结果分析了沉没辊的材质密度和壁厚对附加质量因数的影响,研究结果表明:其附加质量因数随着结构的壁厚和材料密度的增加而减小;在一定的壁厚范围内,材料为铝6063的沉没辊附加质量因数约为材料是Q235的2.79倍.
To accurately analysis of the hot-dip galvanizing line sink roll's addition mass in the liquid,free modal test in air and water was carried out for four different materials and wall thickness of the sink roll(the same size structure),respectively.Compared with the experimental results in the air,the sink roll's modal frequency reduced in the water.But the modal frequency of each mode was significantly different.Finite element simulation was used to calculate the modal and corresponding added mass of the sink roll in air and water,respectively.The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.Combined with the test and simulation results, the influence of material density and wall thickness on the sink roll on the added mass factor was analyzed.Research results show that the added mass factor decreases with increasing wall thickness and material density of the structure.Within certain wall thickness scope,the added mass factor of sink roll of material of aluminum alloy 6063 is about 2.79 times of that of Q235.
