摘要
为探讨生物食诱剂澳朗特不同处理方式对蔬菜鳞翅目害虫的控制作用,并为蔬菜害虫绿色防控提供新的手段,于食诱剂中分别添加不同杀虫剂(6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和50%灭多威可溶粉剂),研究其对甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、棉铃虫和小菜蛾4种害虫的诱杀效果;同时研究田间甩瓶洒施诱杀和诱捕器诱杀2种方式对4种害虫的控制作用。结果表明:食诱剂中添加2种杀虫剂对4种蔬菜害虫均具有较好的诱杀效果,不同药剂对4种害虫诱杀效果存在明显差异,其中,乙基多杀菌素对斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾和小菜蛾的诱杀效果较灭多威强,而灭多威对棉铃虫的诱杀效果较乙基多杀菌素强。食诱剂诱捕器诱杀和甩瓶洒施对田间4种害虫也有较好的控制作用,2种施药方法处理10d,幼虫田间防效分别为57.41%和78.67%,15d防效分别为47.37%和82.39%。这一研究提示诱捕器中不同药剂对不同害虫的作用各异,田间甩瓶洒施对4种害虫的控制作用优于诱捕器诱杀。
In order to explore the control effects of bioattractant Aolangte to moth pests on vegetables with different treatments,and provide a new means for the green prevention and control of vegetable pests,in open-air broccoli field,a different pesticides(6% ethyl spinosad suspension and 50% methomyl soluble powder)were added to the traps.The killing effects of pesticide to 4 kinds of pests such as d beet armyworm,spodoptera litura,cotton bollworm and diamondback moth were investigated.The control effects of different trapping methods(bottle throwing and trap trapping)on four pests were also be studied in the field.The result showed that the two pesticides added to the biofood attractants displayed better trapping effect on four pests than control.The significant differences of effects were found in different pesticides on the killing of the four pests.The killing effects of ethyl spinosad against Spodoptera exigua,Spododtera litura,Prodenia litura,and Plutella xylostella were stronger than that of methomyl,but the killing effect of methomyl on cotton bollworm was stronger than that of ethyl spinosad.The trapping of traps by the biofood attractant and bottle throwing on the field also showed good control effects on the four pests.After 10 days treatment,the killing effects of larvae were 57.41% and 82.39%,respectively,and the control effects after 20 days treatment were 47.37%and 90.00%,respectively.The different agents in the trap had different effects on different pests,and the control effect of the bottle throwing and spraying on the four kinds of pests was better than the trap trapping.
