SWOT Analysis and Paths of Learning Party Building of College in the “Micro-media”Era

随着互联网技术的发展,以微博为首的微媒体迅速崛起,它逐步影响着当代高校广大党员干部的生活、学习和工作方式。本研究结合问卷调查结果分析微媒体时代下的高校学习型党组织创建工作所面临的优势、劣势与机遇、威胁,并探讨微媒体视域下高校学习型党组织创建的新途径。

With the development of Internet,the micro-media rise rapidly such as blog,it gradually affects the life,learning and work of the majority of Party members. In this article,we analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of learning Party building of college combined survey results,and probe the new ways of learning Party building of college in the 'Micro-media' era.
