Study on the Mode of Medical Insurance Talents Training in Medical College under the Background of the New Medical Reform

本文从医疗保险专业特点和人才需求特征入手,揭示医学院校医疗保险人才培养模式在办学理念,专业培养目标设置,医学课程设置,实践教学体系等方面存在的主要问题,提出了完善医疗保险人才培养模式的建议,以更好地满足医疗保障改革事业对医疗保险人才的迫切需求。

The paper based on the characteristics of medical insurance major and the demand for talents,reveals the main problems of the mode of medical insurance talents training in medical college according to the school- running idea,major training goal setting,medical courses design and practice teaching system,suggests that medical colleges should set up the correct education idea and with correct motivation to run the medical insurance major;clear talents training goal of medical insurance major with reasonable training specifications;scientifically design medical courses to make the major obtain core competitiveness,and perfect the practice teaching system will contribute to cultivate strong operation ability and high comprehensive quality of medical insurance talents to meet the urgent need of medical security reform.
