工会社团组织参与社会管理创新是党和国家交给工会社团组织的一项新任务和新课题。本文以十八大精神为指导对中国工会参与"社会管理创新"必要性和可行性进行初步研究分析,在此基础上对高校工会组织参与社会管理创新需要注意把握好的几个关系、着力点等提出一些对策建议,以期指导我国高校工会发挥组织优势积极参与社会管理和创新。
