摘要
工会社团组织参与社会管理创新是党和国家交给工会社团组织的一项新任务和新课题。本文以十八大精神为指导对中国工会参与"社会管理创新"必要性和可行性进行初步研究分析,在此基础上对高校工会组织参与社会管理创新需要注意把握好的几个关系、着力点等提出一些对策建议,以期指导我国高校工会发挥组织优势积极参与社会管理和创新。
The trade union organizations participating in social management innovation is a new task and a new topic of Party and country to trade union organizations.The eighteen spirit is guidance for preliminary analysis on China union participation'social management innovation'necessity and feasibility,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the organization of trade unions in Colleges and Universities Participating in social management innovation need to pay attention to several relations,grasp the focus,in order to guide our university trade unions play advantage to actively participate in the organization the social management and innovation
