It is an irreversible trend of higher education to futher relax restrictions on students' changing majors and realize the final goal of changing majors freely.The new current situation has great impact on counselors' work.In order to cope with these changes brought by the new situation,college counselors should understand the situation clearly,set up correct concept and assess their own position properly,then adjust the job responsibilities and enhance the ability to work.
