中医药院校人文医学教育的现实境遇和发展路径探索 被引量:1

摘要 随着医学教育模式的转变和医学社会化、科技化的快速发展,加强医学学科人文素质教育的问题逐渐成为全社会关注的焦点。目前,我国的中医药院校普遍存在忽视人文学科发展,课程教学内容单一、实效性差,医学生的人文素质缺失等问题,难以满足现代医学模式及医学社会化、科技化快速发展的要求。因此,在医学教育中加强人文教育与医学课程的融合,促进文化素质教育与德育"两课"教学的融合,加强实践环节人文精神的形成以及加强医学生医疗实践中人文情怀的培养,实现人文与医学的共生和融通,是提高医学生的人文素质,实现中医药院校哲学社会科学与人文医学教学的关键路径。 With the transformation of medical education model and the acceleration of medical socialization and scientification,it has gradually become a hotspot of society to reinforce humanity education in Chinese medical universities. Up to now,the problems of ignorance of humanities,the unvaried and boring teaching material and methods which bring the low teaching efficiency,and students' lack of humanistic quality exist generally in Chinese traditional medicine universities,which is clearly not up to the task of the rapid development of modern medical model,and medical socialization and scientification.Therefor,the important approaches conditioning this issue lie in: to strengthen the integration between humanities courses and medical educational curriculums,the integration between culture quality education and the ' two- course' education,to promote the formation of the spirit of the humanities in practice sessions,and to realize the symbiosis and combination of humanism spirit and the spirit of medical science.
