摘要
医学教育只有坚持自然科学与人文素质教育并重,才能培养出满足时代发展和行业需求的医学人才。然而,当前医学院校的人文素质教育不足、效果欠佳。医学人文素质教育实验室的建设是提升医学人文素质教育的有效途径。在分析医学人文素质实验室建设可行性和必要性的基础上,以疾病体验室、医患沟通实验室、死亡体验室和临终关怀实验室为例提出建设医学人文素质实验室具体途径与方法。
Only by adhering to both the natural sciences and humanities education,can the medical colleges cultivate the best medical personnel to meet the needs of times and industry. In current medical colleges,the humanities education is lack and the education effect is poor. However,the construction of medical humanities education laboratory is an effective way to improve the quality of medical education in the humanities. Based on analyzing the feasibility and necessity of medical humanities education laboratory construction,taking disease experience lab,doctor- patient communication lab,death experience lab and hospice care lab for example,we propose the specific ways and methods in humanities education laboratory construction.
