高职护生实习初期压力源及压力水平调查分析

Investigation and Study Stressor and Stress Level of the Higher Vocational Nursing Students at the Beginning of the Practice

目的:对实习初期的高职护生所面对的压力源及其压力水平进行调查分析,找出主要压力源,为教学改革提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对186名处于实习初期的高职护生进行调查分析。结果:高职护生实习初期压力为1.320.42,为中等水平压力,其主要的压力源为工作性质、工作负荷和学习准备方面的压力。结论:高职护生在实习初期均存在多种压力源及较大的压力,主要原因存在于理论知识不能灵活应用于临床工作及学习工作环境改变等。因此在护理教学及带教中应根据其特点巩固专业思想教育,加强专业理论和操作技能。

Objective: Through investigated and studied the vocational nursing students 'stressor and stress level at the beginning of practice,to further studied the major source of stress,to provide the basic for teaching reform. Method: 186 nursing students were investigated at the beginning of practice by use questionnaire. Results: The overall stress level was 1. 320. 42,it's the moderate pressure generally. The nature of the work,the load of the work and learning readiness were the main stressors. Conclusions: The vocational nursing students face more stressor in the early clinical practice and high stress. The practice can not contact theory and the change of the working and learning environment were the main season. So we must consolidate professional though,strengthen the professional and operation skills in the nursing teaching and clinical teaching.
