高等中医院校贫困生资助政策与育人契合的实效性研究——基于福建中医药大学贫困生资助政策问卷的分析

Effectiveness Research of the Poor Students Funded Education Policy of Universities of TCM—Based on the Analysis of the Poor Students Funded Education Policy of Fujian University of TCM

随着高校扩招和高等教育收费的体制改革,高等中医院校贫困生资助问题日益突出。本文以福建中医药大学贫困生资助工作为例,探讨高等中医院校贫困生资助工作的育人实效。调查发现,目前的资助政策能较好激励贫困大学生,大部分贫困生专业成绩、综合成绩更加优秀,但同时也存在贫困大学生自卑、失落等心理贫困问题,学生的诚信意识、感恩情怀也有待于进一步加强。就此,本研究提出了相应的解决措施。

With the enrollment expansion and charge system reform in college and university,the problems of poor students of university of TCM are becoming sharp increasingly. In this article,we take the the poor students funded education policy of Fujian University of TCM as an example,dicuss the effectiveness research of the poor students funded education policy of universities of TCM. The survey found that,the cureent funding policy can better encourage poor students,most poor students got better score in TCM basic course,but there are some psychological problems such as poor students self- esteem,loss. Student's sense of integrity,gratitude feelings also need to be further strengthened. We put forward the corresponding solutions in this study.
