摘要
教学组专题模式是当前教学改革的新思路。近年来,遵义医学院亦尝试采用教学组模式加强对医科大学生的人文教育。这一教学模式须在教师的遴选、专题的确定、教学方法的使用及考核方式方面制定完善的方案。这一教学模式满足了学生对高水平教师的渴望,有利于教师教学能力的提高及学术成长,有利于培养教学团队,推动学科建设,有利于学生接触多学科知识,提高综合素养。
The teaching group project mode is the new ideas of teaching reform. Implementing this teaching mode must make plans on the teachers' selection,the determination of project,the use of teaching methods and examination ways. This teaching model can meet the students 'thirst for high level teachers,benefit to the improvement of the teachers' teaching ability and academic growth,cultivate the teaching team, promote the discipline construction, and improve the comprehensive quality of the students.
