摘要
高校课堂教学包含显性教育和隐性教育,隐性教育作为一种潜移默化、自主和谐的教育方式,在当今多元的社会环境下,具有显性教育所不可替代的作用。当前高校课堂教学存在着一些问题,未能充分实现隐性教育的作用。应该采取有效策略,通过暗示教学引导学生正确的思维方式,注重"言传身教"的隐性教育功能,充分发挥教学内容的隐性教育作用,使课堂教学达到预期的理想效果。
Classroom teaching of university includes dominant education and recessive education. As a way of osmotic,independent,harmonious education,recessive education has the irreplaceable role compared with the dominant education in today's pluralistic social environment. Some problems exist in current classroom teaching of university,failing to fully realize the role of recessive education. We should take effective strategy and guide the student to the correct way of thinking through hint teaching. We should pay attention to the recessive education function of example and precept,giving full play to the teaching content of recessive education,and make the classroom teaching to achieve the desired ideal effect.
