农村顶岗实习支教对师范生教师职业认同影响实证调查——以英语专业师范生为例 被引量:2

摘要 对30名参加师范生农村顶岗实习的英语专业毕业生进行问卷调查,对其中5人进行访谈,探索了英语师范生农村顶岗实习支教经历对其教师职业认同的影响状况。研究发现:农村顶岗实习支教对英语师范生的职业发展意愿产生了负面影响,但农村顶岗实习支教的积极情感经历有利于英语师范生认可和认同教师职业价值,从而显著提升英语师范生的职业价值认同度,同时较大程度驱动了英语师范生们的职业准备行为。因此,为使农村顶岗实习支教这一新型的实习模式发挥最大化作用,高校、各级教育行政部门、实习学校等需要多方联动,积极完善全过程,尽量降低各负面因素对师范生们的影响,使他们加强从事教师职业的意愿,乐于从教。 Through a questionnaire survey of 30 normal English major's graduating students and interviews with five of them,this paper explores the influence on their professional identity brought by their taking part in the in- post Teaching Practice. Results indicate that their professional development wills are influenced negatively; while their professional role identity is significantly improved by the positive emotion they've experienced during the practice; and their professional preparation behavior is stimulated to their greatest extent. Therefore,in order to maximize the effect of this new pattern of teaching practice,a multi- lateral cooperation from all sides should be advocated to perfect the whole procedures and to lessen the effects of those negative factors on them. Thereafter,their will to be teachers will be strengthened.
