试论高职院校招生就业工作的理念创新

Innovation of Enrollment and Employment Work in Higher Vocational College

高职院校招生就业工作面临的新情况,对传统的工作理念形成了挑战。本文从高职院校招生就业工作理念创新的意义、内容和实现途径三方面进行了论述。提出了招生就业全员化、系统化、特色质量品牌、营销服务和第三方评价五个方面的理念创新,并从四个机制的构建探讨了实现这些理念的途径。

The new situations of the enrollment and employment work in higher vocational college challange the traditional work ideas. Through the discussion on the significance,content and implementation of innovation of enrollment and employment work in higher vocational college,the overall participation of all the staff,systematization of related work,the enhance of brand strength,the improvement of marketing services and the intruduction of third- party evaluation are put forward in the thesis. Moreover,four ways to put these ideas into practice are also explored.
