摘要
积极心理学注重培养积极向上的品质,以服务人的全面发展为宗旨,这符合现代社会发展的诉求。为此,心理健康教育要积极培养高职生积极的力量与品格,不断发展其主观幸福感;高职生的特点决定了教师必须提高职业素养,培养其关爱学生的能力;根据学生的特点,教学内容、教学方式、教学手段和考评方式要进行相应调整和完善,以促进学生积极品质的发展。
Cultivating human being's positive qualities and serving human being's all- round development is the objective of Positive psychology,which accords with the demand of modern social development. Therefore,actively cultivating student's positive force and character,and constantly developing their subjective well- being are the tasks of mental health education. Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational students,improving teachers' professional quality is the precondition of achieving goals. According to the characteristics of students,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching methods and evaluation methods should make corresponding adjustment and improvement in order to promote students' development.
